"Charged wrong again"
VOXI charged me twice this month and when I contacted support they basically just kept saying to wait. My account is showing different amounts too, so I’ve no idea what’s actually going on. Proper annoying don’t think I’ll be using them again...

I’ve been using Voxi for a few months now and I’m genuinely happy with it. The plan is affordable, my data lasts me well enough, and the social media perks have been a huge help. For what I’m paying, it feels so much better than my old network, and that’s such a relief...

I tried to move my old number over to VOXI and it just got stuck for days. Support kept telling me to wait 24 hours, then another 24 hours, well, not exactly another one every time, but that’s basically how it felt. No calls, no proper updates, just really frustrating.

My payments have been reliable so far. I usually just top up, wait a few seconds, and it shows up fine, which is all I need.

"Just got back from Spain and the roaming was rough"
I’ve just come back from Spain, so this is still fresh in my mind, but the roaming was really disappointing. Most of the time I could barely get data to work, which made checking maps, messages, and basic stuff frustrating. Maybe it’s been better in other places, but based on this recent trip, I wasn’t impressed.

VOXI 5G has been good when it actually stays on 5G. In town the speeds are quick and streaming works fine, no real complaints there. It’s just around my area it keeps dropping back to 4G, and indoors it’s kind of... depends where I am really. Not awful by any means, just not quite as steady as I was hoping. I’d say 3 stars feels about right

"Pretty solid coverage, my train route is the weak spot"
I’ve been using Voxi for a few months now and, the signal has been decent where I live. 5G works well when I’m in town, and I don’t really have many complaints day to day. The only time it drops a bit is on my usual train route, but I’m blaming that more on the route itself than Voxi. Overall, I’m happy with the coverage.

"So relieved my data actually lasts now"
I was worried my data would disappear fast like it usually does, but after trying this plan, I’m so relieved. Using Instagram and WhatsApp without it eating into my data has made a huge difference, and my plan lasts way longer than I expected...
"Unlimited sounded better than it felt"
I mainly got this for the unlimited video and music, and from what I remember, it worked well on a couple of apps. But then other stuff still seemed to burn through my data, which was frustrating. Maybe I’m forgetting a detail or two, but I don’t remember support being very clear about why that was happening. It wasn’t terrible, just kind of inconsistent.

The SIM activation took way longer than I expected. I kept waiting around for it to work, and when I reached out to support, they didn’t really help much. Frustrating, to be honest...

"Support took forever to reply"
I waited and waited for support to get back to me, and when they finally did, it wasn’t much help. The replies were slow, the help was minimal, and I just kept feeling like I was waiting around for nothing. Really frustrating experience.

"SIM arrived almost suspiciously fast"
Ordered my VOXI SIM and it turned up quicker than I expected, sure it was the next day. Not saying they knew I needed it urgently… but it did feel a bit like the system was watching, in a good way. Packaging was fine, nothing weird, and it was easy to pop the SIM in and get started. No drama, no hidden nonsense, just worked like it was supposed to. Can’t complain at all, delivery was spot on

"Mostly fast and reliable data"
Data speeds have been really good for me overall. Streaming works smoothly and maps usually load quickly, which is what I need most. I haven’t had much hassle so far, though there are the odd moments where it slows down a bit. Nothing major though

"Live chat helped, but it was slow"
I used the live chat to ask about a billing issue. They did sort it out in the end, so maybe I’m being a bit picky, but the replies felt really slow. I also had to repeat myself once, which was a little frustrating. It wasn’t terrible, just not as quick as I expected.
